Hi, I will fix this in the next release. Here's how you can fix it for yourself: 1. open the file "jose.ini" with a text editor. 2. search for the line that reads "cp = jose.jar;..." 3. append this text: ;lib/jai_codec.jar (append directly at the end of the "cp" line, with no blanks inbetween) Hope this helps, Peter
