Are you useing the correct formula?

For hand:

Average= 2713
Score=4/6=0.6666
From Fide site http://www.fide.com/official/handbook.asp?level=B0210

0.66=+117
0.67=+125

2713+117=2830
2713+125=2838

Twic have probably a calculator for this instead of looking up in the table. If
you do a search in the archive you find some formula for this (1/2-1 year back).
