IIRC, when I first attempted to load Ktulu 7.1 and the others as UCI, I received the "Engine would not load" message. However, with your answer, I thought perhaps I had done something wrong, and removed the engines entirely, re-booted, copied the appropriate engine folders, and....it must be I had done something wrong before since they installed quite nicely, and Ktulu 7.1 functions well in it's first tournament on this hampster driven machine.
