No one knows how engine's ELO compare to humans with a good accuracy, at any
time control. Perhaps ICC/FICS ratings can give some indication but that's
completely far away from a list....

 I guess if computer engines were allowed to participate in human tournaments
with optimized books for each opponent, then they would come at the 2830 level
at very fast computers right now.....But it's only a guess of me....:-)
