You might try the Program "Pawn."
It is a complete program; not sure if you can make it work under Fritz.
While searching for a weak program for the Chess Camps I've run, I had alot of
trouble finding one weak enough. This was the best I found.
Follow the settings below for the very weak player.

Pawn (Chess Program)- After install
Click: Options/Level
Then uncheck – Random, Opening Book,
	       Selective, Hash Tables
Set: Depth to 1
Slide bar at bottom to Errorlevel – High
Gradually improve the program to a
stronger level by checking any of the
boxes such as Opening Book.
