My mention of your thinking abilities to prove what you have claimed or just mentioned, and proving it in a court case - that wasnt meant to frighten you or anyone. It is this way one usually asks if someone comes with wild guessing and all such ramble. In other words it's a question to clarify the emptiness of such questions that are by no means relevant. If you or anyone had some proof for your mean allegations against ChessBase you would have published that long ago. But without such proof you are willy-nilly part of a longtime known agenda against successful achievements. And let me conclude this with the following moral: it looks weird if you come with suspicions, then someone asks you for your evidences and you then go into complaining mode that you couldnt publish your "opinions" freely because someone, yours truly in this case, showed how empty your suspicions were without proof... So in other words, you would expect that people take your suspicions and then say that it's all proven? Or what did you expect? Or was it just for mentioning the weekly CB bashing? Seriously: All testers who love their hobby should realise that their testresults are directly connected to the setting they have at home, hardware and software. And there could be errors or mistakes everywhere. It is wrong to expect that everyone with his own environment could get a magic stick to receive then the absolutely neutral and optimal testresults. This is fairy tales. Oh, wait please: it is true that the Devil still exists!! He's called Mephisto and he resides in my cupboard. He's a bit outdated now. Believe me. :)
