No, PF2 was based on an earlier version of Shredder (7.32, I think).  It was not
based on Fritz at all.  Calling it Pocket Fritz 2 was a Chessbase marketing ruse
that Fritz's programmer should not have put up with, in my view.

In any event, now that Fritz will be available for PPC, it will be confusing for
the consumer .... both products will have "Fritz" in their name, unless of
course Chessbase again changes the name to something else ...
