He didn't make any superfluous conclusion, he just said that in 20 games and at
1'+1'' Rybka beta12 lost to Toga II 1.1. Nothing more! Although the "!" was a
little unnecessary....

 And i'm sure that there are situations that after 500 games the result could be
again reversed in whatever way. It's not a matter of correctness, only to
desired accuracy. He may be satisfied with the accuracy 20 games offer, you may
be from what 50 offer, i may be to what 1200 games offer..... If you "critisize"
(by meaning of judging that 20 games are too less), i may "critisize" you for
playing only 50 games....:-)
 Of course more is better, but since there is always more possible, someone
should stop wherever he wants. The results are valuable anyway. The
accuracy(margin of errors in this case) changes....
