Subject: Collector's Corner..On The Preservation Of Value

Author: Steve B

Every Collector(no matter what he collects) is concerned with the value of his
collection

the more rare items in a collection.. the higher the value of the collection
proper

for chess computer collecting ..two computers of high value are the well known..
Tasc R40 and Fidelity Elite Premiere

each had a place a place of high honor chess computer history

the R40 being the Strongest standalone ever released and the Premiere the only
computer two contain more then one Engine

however with the recent release of the Resurrection both of these landmark
records have been shattered in one fell swoop

this of course means that these two legendary computers have now fallen
dramatically in value

as a result and in an effort to maintain the value of my collection i have
embarked on a campaign to corner the market on all Resurrection units of which
only 25 were released for sale

one i have acquired all of them..the plan will be to lock them away and remove
them from circulation.(perhaps even destroying them completely) .thereby
restoring the value of the R40 and Premiere

at $1300 a pop this might not make economic sense.but hey...its a plan

Macro Economics Regards
Steve
