ok ienz, in the next week i'll produce a table for statistically evaluating engine versus engine matches. If people find that say, hiarcs wins 7 out of 10 against fruit, then they can quickly see if this is statiscally unusual. It will also nicely illustrate the benefits of increasing sample size (as this will be one factor in the table). I am going on a beautiful beach holidy, and all i can think about is, "good, now i can generate the stat table." This must be the highest form of geekyness. I'll do the table assuming 50% (i.e., just to test if engines differ). If i'm feeling especially geeky, i'll do a table for 55% and 60% win rates (e.g., to get a feel by how much engines differ). best Joseph
