No
I believe that Rybka got the draw because it simply did not know that it is a
draw.

It did not have the game but only fen(at least this was the case when I tested
movei under chessbase and I found that the interface gave it new position and
not move after more than 256 moves).

The interface also gave it wrong time but more than the time that it really had
and not less than it.

It told it the time in the beginning of the game and not the time that it really
had.

Maybe that problem was fixed and maybe rybka simply was programmed to know that
the time that it get after move 256 is wrong.
