Really the simplest thing to do is uninstall them both- then reinstall Fritz 9. Follow that by installing Hiarcs 10, but when it comes to the point where it asks you for the type of installation you want, dont pick the default typical- rather pick custom and THEN ONLY install Hiarcs 10 engine and book. You wont really lose anything you need, and then youu will have the normal Fritz startup icon and the Fritz 9 startup screen. However, even tho you change the gui to Fritz 9- it will always say "Play Hiarcs" on the Fritz 9 startup screen, but who cares. Regards, George
