If you think Graham is a terrible moderator then you might as well toss me into
that pile. Graham and I discuss everything goes on here, even the post I just
created that you replied to.

The current moderation team have terrific communication with each other, and
make almost every single decision as a team. We all read posts that are deleted
and most times while you think that Graham is the one that deleted your post, it
was probably me that _actually_ did it.

I am the first one to admit that I am very harsh with posts that contain
personal attacks on others, or against a program with no evidence offered. If
people can not follow the rules, then their posts will disappear with them
following when it happens to many times.

Tim, I already offered you advice in another thread and you stated that you
would consider it. Since then we have had to remove other attacks that you have
done. Do you see how Graham or I would be watching what you post?

Graham is a great moderator and a terrific person. You really should privately
email him and discuss the situation that you feel is happening. I will guarantee
that it is not personal from Graham's end.

Peter
