I would be interested too! The King has always been one of the very best chess
engines, since many years. I would like to see this story continued.

There is one important feature which King did not have yet: multi-pv. I think
the example of Stefan Meyer-Kahlen is considerable, who offers an UCI version
(incl. multi-pv mode) in addition to the engine version which is distributed by
ChessBase. I can imagine the same could be successful with The King. Maybe you
need to attach another name due to copyright issues or whatever... I don't know,
anyway, I think nobody could stop you to offer an UCI engine as well,
alternatively or additionally to your famous engine for Chessmaster.

Your fame among computer chess enthusiasts is certainly based upon The King
running under other GUIs more, than on running King in Chessmaster. It is a good
GUI, but the freaks prefer Fritz, Arena or WinBoard.
