I think the fact that there was only 2 games played made most people kinda
apathetic about the event since it has no statistical significance.

It's Also probably because for some (most) people if the GM name is not Topalov
or Anand they simply don't care..
All you have to do is to name your program "Hydra", state anywhere possible that
this is the "strongest chess playing entity in the world", pay sh!tloads of cash
for a reputation filled Adams, and there you have it, Glory!

personally I think any Man vs. Machine is a bless.

Thanks for organizing the great match and I hope providing the games will
somehow return the interest for the ones who lost it.
