Yes, I understand what you & Ross are saying Peter, and I'm not disputing it.
I'm just presenting  my research & asking what your conclusions are.
Based on millions of games played, there is a correlation between White & Black
Wins based on ECO Classifications.
Examples:
White:     Perf.  55% with the following ECO Classifications

Black:  Perf.  45% with the following ECO Classifications
