Sounds like a memory problem. First check your CAS and make sure the timing is not overclocked. A lot of memory is being sold as CAS 2 when after just heating a little bit it will start acting quirky. Drop the memory timing in the BIOS just a notch and see how that goes. You might also want to add a little voltage to RAM. Personally I would just try a new stick of good quality memory (Kingston, Corsair etc...). AMD machines are especially finicky about good quality memory.
