I'd like to see my program GromitChess in your tournament (see
http://home.t-online.de/home/hobblefrank ). It needs the same dll as
Phalanx (renamed to cygwinb19.dll); you don't have to load it down separatly.

Tournament-timecontrols would be great, but that question also depends on
your time and your hardware (slow-->slower timecontrols).

Hashtablesize: also depends on timecontrols and processorspeed. If it is not
a blitz-tournament I suggest to use all memory available.

Another important question is whether to use pondering or not. If the games
are played on one machine I'd switch pondering off.
