Let's try to understand what happened here. Let me me help you. The logic of it
is this:

The new Database gives the games with new features which depend on CB Number 9!!
If they speak of a file then this file comes with CB Number 9!

Let me continue:

Let's assume you dont have CB9 at all. How could you get the mentioned file?

In no way! You dont need that file. Why? Because you could only use all the
features WITH CB9 and if you had CB9 you also have the file.

In other words: it makes no sense what you asked. Either you have CB9 or not. If
not you have well the new Database but only in older format. Without the actual
features (from CB9). If yes, then the file you asked for is in the directories
of CB9.

Let me give a moral to all this:

Buyers of such CB products are computer experts who know to use databases and
such things. With your attitude you could also have asked the naive question,
where you could find the Fritz 9 file to be able to analyse the just bought
Database... Would you think that were a smart question? I dont think so. So in
my eyes your question belongs to the typical agenda against ChessBase. The
question is basicvally one that asks for something you simply didnt buy with
buying the Database. You could have asked "Where is the machine for the coffee?"
- and that machine wouldnt be there.
