Subject: How long does Anand has to wait to be given a chance for the Title?

Anand has been the number one contender for the crown longer than any top player
that I know but, most Chess Champions avoid to give him a chance.

PS: I still don't understand the reason why Topalov will be playing against the
Kramnik?
