As a beginner i played a fair bit against a Tandy 1650, and it is definately not
1650 strength. Probably stronger than 909 though. My guess would be in the 1200
to 1400 range. If "Carrie" is winning miniatures against it nearly every game,
Carrie is definately a lot stronger than 909.
