Does this happen only with Hiarcs10 GUI or with Fritz/Shredder/Junior,etc
too....?
Can you analyse with UCI engines a position?
Can an UCI engine play again you normally?

A suggestion is to download the latest UCI.dll from
(http://www.chessbase.com/download/engines/uci/uci.zip) and replace the current
uci.dll that is on C:\program files\Chessbase\Chessprogram9.

Also check from the C:\program files\Chessbase\engines, the *.uci files of each
engine. They should have the form:
-------
[ENGINE]
Name=ChestUCI Ver.4.2
Author=Franz Huber
Filename=C:\Program Files\ChessMateSolvers\ChestUCI42\ChestUCI.exe
-------
and the directory should be correct....
