I guess my question was whether the major software programs adjust piece value
in any way similar to Kaufman's formulas (obviously since his article is fairly
new, I don't expect his ideas to have been competely incorporated).  I haven't
had Fritz or Crafty play the kind of unusual material imbalancing exchanges that
Kaufman's formulas would justify.  That doesn't mean they wouldn't, but I
haven't seen it yet.
