Totally true.  I watched LaChex blow a game at the 1991 ACM event in Albuquerque
NM due to that very bug...  We were discussing it before Burt Wendroff left to
drive back up to Los Alamos (where he lived/worked).  He said before he left "I
an under-prmotion issue ever becomes a problem I'll address it in Lachex."
While he was driving back, lachex lost.  Tony Warnock called him from the
tournament room and said "Burt, it just happened, fix it..."  :)
