I emailed them, asking them for the protocol for the "Millenium Chess System".
They have a contest for the best amateur program (but the program has to use the
MCS protocol) so I thought they would actually make the interface to the MCS
available. :-)  No one got back to me, perhaps they don't want to hold a contest
after all.
