I don't think there's anything wrong with testing 64-bit versus 32-bit engines -
one should use the best available engine in my opinion.

But, you can get 64-bit TogaIIa from here
ftp://cito.kicks-ass.net/pub/Other-Engines/TogaII-1.1a.zip

and Glaurung also has a 64-bit version available from it's homepage.
