Subject: Computer questions (OT)

I am going to buy a new computer.
My personal preferance is a quad systemm with the new AMD 64 FX processors, or
comething equivelant to that. Where can I get more information for such a system
if available?

I am also studying for my A+ certification, and I have a preety good idea about
building a pc from scratch. Would it be a lot cheaper if I build my own system?

Any information is helpfull. I am kinda new in this kinda stuff.
