Subject: ** Ethical Basics...** a miserable point entrenched behind a mine field

Author: Pablo Ignacio Restrepo

Since Man Vs Machine Challengers have started, ** Ethical Basics...** of all
the elements that have been into the fight, have been between the glance into
the Lens of the Magnifying glass.

With all respect for everyone here (Masters and professional chess players,
hobby players, Chess Computer Human beings programmers, Factories, Magazines,
etc ) I wonder:

1-	Why made Kasparov comments against Deep Blue, when he talked about the
analogy between Maradona’s hand (in his famous false annotation in the game in
the Word world-wide championship) and the Deep blue move?

2- Were the accusations of the Champion commentaries of a loser or criticize of
a computer expert?

3-	Where is the line of “Ethical Basics” in a Man Vs Machine Challenger: “

4-	Does really have a human being the freedom to play beautiful games just to be
losing after the game or human beings must being playing to beat the engines as
a first paradigm?

5-	Is a point in a combat miserable? Is the victory miserable and to be lost is
a great point? Is the victory miserable by itself? ………………. “I will not do what I
said to the press I was going to do, say, play an anticomputer kind of chess
with my pieces entrenched behind a wall of pawns. I will not dig-in. That only
ensure dead by suffocation...” “ -No matter what, I would do always the same. I
play chess to get fun for me and for the chess lovers, not to get a miserable
point entrenched behind a mine field...”

6-	And about many kind of silence …………… just as example ……… why a machine as
Rybka does have not a public diffusion as the best in our days (or one of the
best) into the newspapers and other kind of news? .

There is many confusion in Man Vs Machine atmosphere, false paradigms as these
ones>

1.	A point is miserable.
7-	A G.M. that play an anticomputer kind of chess with his-her pieces entrenched
behind a wall of pawns entrenched behind a mine field, get a miserable point

8-	To win by suffocation is not to win and is miserable.

9-	To lost after a beautiful game where human being played as a warrior is to
have a point and is not miserable.

10- Antichess is not chess.

11- Best engine in engine Vs engine battle is the best engine playing against
human beings.

12-	The truth have been writing in a 100%

13- It is necessary to have a Fide title to be a good anticomputer chess
player.

14- All the time engines are better than human beings.

15-	All the time Human beings are better than engines.

Facts, as annotation with the hands in a soccer game, the silence of the truth,
the politics ideas over the truth at all cost, the monetary interest driving the
challengers, news chess techniques refused when could be a real solution, will
be dark points in the history, that human beings knows.

Everybody knows everything.
