As soon as the authour creates it, it's his, at least in the USA. Converting them to a different format is what I just explained. Distributing them in their current format for profit would not be wise without the authors permission. http://www.templetons.com/brad/copymyths.html This URL should clarify the issue for you. Most countries, but not all, recognize copyright law of other countries, being a non resident will not save you. It is also common courtesy to ask the authors regardless. DHM
