Taking away the 'selling' dimension ...

Given that Nalimov's DTM EGTs have been freely available in the past over a long
period via Rob Hyatt's ftp server, I'm rather assuming that their continued
promulgation, including all 6-man EGTs, via the p2p project:

        http://kd.lab.nig.ac.jp/chess/tablebases-online/

is legal and has the support of Eugene Nalimov.

Are there any opinions to the contrary?

Would be good to know before the last 800GB is added.
