Hello Kurt,

 As far as I know retreating the bishop to a7 is not only playable but is more
popular than putting it on e7. Maybe this is how I will play next time. Still,
It doesn't seem like a mistake positionally to put it on e7. That black should
come under such a big attack just doesn't seem fair :(
