Clearly Saitek is not planning to do much R&D for the Exclusive line of boards. Effectively you have done the R&D but if they decided to 'rip you off' and do it completely on their own they would still need to invest to make it work. For a large company like Saitek they have bigger fish to fry. This isn't going to shift their stock price but if they see a easy win then I think they will go for it. An easy win is likely to be someone that they find easy to work with and who knows their stuff. If you come across as too secretive they may dimiss the Resurrection project as too much hastle.
