Eric Hallsworth has done some work on this subject and has written articles in
his Selective search on this very subject. The general concensus was that you
need to add 100 point to a SSDF rating to make it a USCF rating. However, Eric
has suggested this figure may need to be higher, perhaps as much as 120 points
to achieve the conversion. I myself do find the USCF rating a little slack.

Hope this helps.
