Hi all, the second cycle is now also finished for Higher Class. Time control as usual was 40/40 (2 Ghz). Book used: Harry Schnapp 7 moves. http://www.husvankempen.de/nunn/liga/league2.htm Zappa, Smar Think, Crafty Cito and Deep Sjeng promote directly to Master Class. There will be a promotion/demotion tournament (Master Class qualify) giving 60 games to each engine over the next days with Gandalf, Jonny, Scorpio and Glaurung to decide two engines more for Master and Higher Class. Green Light Chess, The Baron and Cerebro will play in the Higher Class promotion tournament with other engines. There will be a 20 games match Petir versus Nimzo to decide another engine for this one. Thanks a lot to Charles Smith for helping a lot with running the Leagues.
