Hi Ruud,

All in all this is great news.

One comment - while I cannot know exactly what you know or what Saitek knows
about building these devices, I would assume that they  are likely to think
their own knowledge and experience to be worth more than yours. I wouldn't tell
them anything technically, they know enough to produce these computers, and they
know you have built and sold 25 that appear to be stable and of good quality.

That should be enough for them to understand that here is a profitable
opportunity, as long as you don't present unworkable terms for them I would
expect them to at least be interested. They, too, have to turn a profit after
all. They will have to market and warranty the product if they sell it, and
you'll both be looking for a profit. But you are alone in this matter - protect
your position well.
