Actually this describes correspondence chess, where use of computers is not prohibited, such as with ICCF and IECG (I think). There is the potential for the games to have a very high standard, although I believe sometimes people rely too heavily on their computer understanding the position, and the games have little creativity. However at higher levels (say around ELO 2300+) I don't think it's possible to take a computer evaluation for granted.
