They continued to lower it to 1600 later and later to 1400
The target is to get minimal rating of 1000.

By simple search of players with rating that is smaller than 1600 I got
that the weakest player today is
1135970 Fleiszerowicz, Leopold POL 1429 0 M

He got his rating by scoring 0 out of 5 in the Polish OLD-BOYS Champ

The second weakest player is
24626627 Humburg, Eduard GER 1437 0 1952 M

He also got 0 out of 5 but played against stronger players.

I think this is a bad joke that players who did not score even half point can
get fide rating and it is better if fide will not allow players to get fide
rating when their score is 0% or 100%

Note that the third weakest player is

2296799 Cabanas Jimenez, Miguel ESP 1446 0 1990 M

He got 3 out of 9 in his tournament
players who got less than him did not get fide rating.
