Hi Bernd, Every once and a while, I like to see my engine scream out some ply in search, so I replace eval with a material only eval. It goes fast for the opening but soon gets so completely lost, it doesnt do any better than with full eval [speed wise, I mean] Your 'vanilla' eval, is really even less than 'vanilla' really, and it will seriously effect everything you do Just a 'tid-bit' you may find useful. -David BTW - the trend seems to be more and more toward knowledge ...
