However, I remember long time ago, when KK was still around he answered that question which he posted in the chess newsgroup rgcc. So if I remember correctly, he mentioned about getting the Cdrom400.eng in Chessbase 7 and use that file as the endgame engine. This is the file which uses the Ken Thompson Endgame CDs in Chessbase 7. So give it a try. I can't test it because I don't have Ken's endgame tablebases. Laurence
