As I already wrote this tournament is not for statistics, but simply to offer high level games to enjoy when replaying. It is even not so important which engine will win and I agree that there is currently no doubt. Another point to discuss is if to include Zappa and Crafty Cito, because they will be in the top ten with the rating list tomorrow (excluding Fruit based engines and engines with older versions) and both are tremendous using 2 CPU´s. But they have a bit less then 300 games still in the all version list. My point is that we use the best hardware we have and if possible 64-bit and SMP versions just to get the best performance. For statistics and most-up-to date ratings from all lists I guess we have our 40/40 (2Ghz) ratings with already more than 76 000 games and many, many amateur engine versions. I think it is important that the top engines also play against the best amateurs and some seem to have problems especially here, what can be easily seen from the individual stats. Best Regards Heinz
