I guess the trick is not to automatically accept the TB result if you can still castle: All positions in the TB are positions without castling rights, so formally, if you can still castle, you won't find your position in that TB. Thus search until the castling rights are destroyed, which in this exmple is after white's first move, and do the TB lookup then...
