Thank you for that - and the 'clean bill of health' on the others. Do you have MD5sum and MD4sum figures for the corrupt file, q.v. http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=74387 for 'Jacksum' I wonder if this file is on offer from the 'EGTs Online' project?! thanks again - g
