First of all, it will win a pawn, even if Black plays 1...Rxc7 in response
(2.Kd6, then if 2...Ra7 3.d7 and if 2...Rc8 3.Kd7 and White will be able to win
the rook back).

And then White will be able to pick up the a6 pawn and promote before Black will
be able to. White wins with Rxc7.
