well i spoke to the guy who was responsible for the chess and voice programming
in th ill-fated  " Robotic Chess"
the problem was all on the Hong Kong End
i can say no more

this new release sounds to me like it will be similar to the Mirage but with an
upgraded program

Excalibur is well aware of the high prices the Mirages pull down on Ebay
the problem with the Mirages were the very high defect rates
hopefully if these new Robots are ever released they will be made a bit more
solidly
