I don't say he did, but of course cheating is possible at ICC and every
other chess server. Sometimes cheaters are caught, sometimes not.
It simply happens permanently, but this is no secret.
Also the already given OTB strength is completely irrelevant for cheating.
May be all forgot e.g. how A. Naiditsch(GM meanwhile) even cheated in an
official online tournament(and was caught).
