George, It needs to be loaded into C:\Program Files\Chessbase\Engines. Then start your chessbase program, ie Fritz 9 or Shredder 8 as an example. Go to the engines directory at the top of the page and press the create UCI engine button. Select your downloaded Rybka engine using the Browse button. Press the OK button to convert the Rybka engine to the UCI Rybka engine. You will see nothing happen. Select the new UCI Rybka engine from the engine list. It will play with you after this.
