The best Black can do is go after the pawns on the K-Side, but it's way too slow. 1.Rxc7 is obvious to human players. It's not obvious to computers as no program can see the end result intuitively, it must calculate many plies deep, to see the we see almost instantly. Programs need to be improved in their search to drop useless calculation in simple endgames. They need a more knowledgable approach as we have. Terry
