I dare to claim that it can beat 90% of all humans who know the rules. It can easily mate with Q or R, and has a 50% chance in KbnK (because it might go for the wrong corner). KpK it plays perfectly. All due to the hash table. I would not dare to call a program that can not win KqK a chess program. So even in my earlier 1200-character version, that had no hash and did not even implement full FIDE rules (no e.p. or castling) I already devoted a line to positionally attract it towards the mate in KqK.
