Not particularly, IMO. Both sides were improving (probably) their play by using
tablebases, so it's hard to say anything certain with so little score
difference.

I guess your results suggest that it's more likely that black can't draw with
perfect play (agains white's perfect play)? Can you find a hole in human
analysis, that was showing that black can draw?
