Funny you should say that....I have been running engine matches during last
night and today on Playchess server. My results dropped off with 13d and when I
reverted to 13b (against similar opponents/hardware) my results picked up again.

Of course this is not conclusive and could be a coincidence but I thought it
worth sharing the observation.

Any other views welcome.
